Inexorable End

Resets the cooldown of the <color=#1ee600>Inexorable End</color> skill whenever this Champion kills an enemy under a <color=#1ee600>[Hex]</color> debuff. 

Increases this Champion’s ATK by 5% for each enemy under a <color=#1ee600>[Hex]</color> debuff.
