Here I share with you my analysis on the Hydra Clan Boss relating to how much Accuracy we need on our champions for the various Hydra difficulties and how much Resistance we will need if we want to try to stop the Head of Mischief stealing our champion buffs.

	<li>For Normal difficulty we would need around 400 RES to stop the Hydra Head of Mischief, but this is already not enough for the higher difficulties where we would need close to 500 RES - see the first table below.</li>
	<li>We usually use around 220 ACC for the "regular" Clan Boss and this ACC is enough for the first 2 difficulties of the Hydra.</li>
	<li>However, for Brutal we need to bump this up to 250-300 ACC, which is not a huge problem, BUT:</li>
	<li>For Nightmare we would need to go up to 400 ACC which is significantly more - see the 2nd table below.</li>

Additional note:

RAID players can try to use Decrease Accuracy debuff, but the issue with this is that the Head of Decay keeps cleansing making it very difficult or unpredictable (especially on Auto) and over many turns they will probably get a few openings which will be enough to become a huge problem for the team resulting in a poor Hydra battle performance.

Analysis of Hydra Clan Boss Accuracy and Resistance Stats/Requirements

Raid: Shadow Legends has launched another event pairing that is already splitting opinion across the community. Starting on Monday, April 13, players are getting a 96-hour Awakening Boost Event running alongside an Adventure Deck of Fate built around high-rank Glyph rewards. On paper, that sounds strong. In practice, it raises the same question that comes up every time Plarium lines up overlapping progression systems: is this a solid opportunity, or is it just another cleverly packaged bait event?

&nbsp;

The answer is not the same for every account. This is not one of those situations where everybody should go all-in or everybody should skip. The value depends almost entirely on what resources you have saved, where your account is in progression, and whether you place more importance on future guaranteed rewards than immediate account upgrades.

What Is the New Deck Event?

&nbsp;

This version of Adventure Deck of Fate runs together with the Awakening Boost and gives points from three main sources: summoning Souls from Soulstones, summoning Champions, and obtaining Artifacts and Accessories. That matters because it creates more flexibility than some previous Deck events, where the point paths felt narrower and more restrictive.

&nbsp;

The featured rewards here are Rank 6 Glyphs, including Uncommon, Rare, Epic, and Legendary Glyphs. The most important detail for many late-game players is that Legendary Glyphs are tucked behind Purple Fate Chests, while Epic Glyphs can appear under Purple cards and Blue chests, with the lower rarities spread through the rest of the board. Players can also pin card rarities, which gives at least some control when targeting specific reward tiers.

&nbsp;

For anybody pushing deeper into endgame gearing, especially in Faction Wars Hard, that is where the event starts looking more attractive. Top-end Glyphs are not handed out often, and Legendary Haste Glyphs in particular can be account-changing when used on the right piece of gear.

&nbsp;

The Awakening Boost Makes the Event Better

&nbsp;

The second half of the equation is the Awakening Boost Event, which increases the chances of pulling 5-star and 6-star Perfect Souls from Mortal and Immortal Soulstones. Just like usual, the boost applies to rank, not rarity. So the event does not suddenly make Legendary Souls more common, but it does improve your odds of seeing higher-rank Souls when you open stones during the window.

&nbsp;

That is what creates the main selling point of this event package. If you were already considering opening Soulstones anyway, you are getting a chance to double dip: improved Soul value from the Awakening event and extra progress in the Deck of Fate at the same time. That is real value.

&nbsp;

So Is It Actually Bait?

&nbsp;

It can be. But calling it bait without context is too simplistic.

&nbsp;

For a free-to-play or low-spend account that has been carefully hoarding Soulstones for a future Deck of Fate with a guaranteed Champion, valuable Awakening reward, or Fusion tie-in, skipping this event is completely reasonable. You are not wrong for preferring certainty over Glyphs, even strong Glyphs. Deck events can return later with more direct account value, and once resources are gone, they are gone.

&nbsp;

On the other hand, for accounts that already spend, already farm hard, or already planned to open Soulstones, this event is not automatically bait either. It is actually one of the cleaner examples of an event where Plarium lines up two systems in a way that can reward efficient timing. If the Glyph pool appeals to you and you are comfortable using Soulstones now, there is logic behind taking advantage of the overlap.

That is really the honest middle ground. This is not a universal must-do event, but it is also not a universal skip.

&nbsp;

Why the Glyphs Matter More Than They Look

&nbsp;

A lot of event discussions in <a href="https://www.raidshadowlegends.com" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Raid</a> get warped because players compare everything to champions. That misses the point here. A top-tier Glyph, especially a Rank 6 Legendary Haste Glyph, can have a bigger immediate impact on an established account than another random champion sitting in the vault. Endgame builds live and die on stat tuning, and Speed remains one of the most premium stats in the game for a huge amount of content.

&nbsp;

That does not mean every player should chase these rewards recklessly. It means the reward type is better than it might look at first glance. For developed accounts, premium Glyph access is one of the few rewards that still feels genuinely meaningful.

&nbsp;

Best Way to Approach the Event

&nbsp;

The cleanest approach is to treat this as a value check, not a hype check. If you were already planning to crack Soulstones, this is a good window to do it. If you were already planning to farm gear, the Deck gives that farming extra value. What does not make sense for most players is forcing all three point sources at once without a plan.

&nbsp;

A sensible route is to lean hardest into Soulstone pulls and Artifact and Accessory farming, while being much more cautious about Champion summoning. Champion shards usually have better dedicated windows elsewhere, and there is no good reason to burn them here unless it already lines up with your own account goals.

&nbsp;

For late-game players, there is also some logic in using energy on progression-focused content while the Deck is active, especially if you are trying to stay stocked on enhancement materials and keep your gear pipeline moving. The main thing is to decide beforehand how far you are willing to go. Deck events become bad the moment you start chasing one more chest or one more pinned reward after your original plan is already gone.

&nbsp;

Who Should Probably Skip

&nbsp;

You should strongly consider skipping if you have a small Soulstone stash and are waiting for a stronger guaranteed reward structure, if you are early or midgame and high-end Glyphs will not move your account as much as future champions would, or if you would need to dip into Champion shards just to make the Deck worthwhile.

&nbsp;

Who Can Justify Going In

&nbsp;

This event makes more sense if you already intended to open Soulstones during a boosted window, if your account values premium Glyphs highly, especially Haste, Precision, or Resistance, and if you have enough resources to take advantage of the overlap without touching shards you would rather save.

Conclusion

&nbsp;

No, this new Deck event is not automatically bait. But it is not automatically amazing either.

&nbsp;

This is one of those <a href="https://www.raidshadowlegends.com" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Raid</a> events where the right answer depends on how disciplined you are and what your account actually needs. If you value top-end Glyphs and you were already prepared to open Soulstones, this is a respectable double-dip window. With the event tied to the Summon Rush and featuring a strong spread of Legendaries and Epics, this is not one of those throwaway shard announcements where every boosted option feels replaceable.

The real question is not whether the pool has good champions. It does. The question is which champions are worth targeting for your account, and whether pulling now makes sense while you are already managing resources for Mavara. Some names here are niche, some are excellent progression pieces, and a few are genuinely high-end targets if you have the shards and the setup to support them.

This Progressive Chance event includes the following featured Legendaries: Aragaz Wyldking, Knosson the Bronze Bull, The Incarnate, Vault Keeper Wixwell, Freyja Fateweaver, Gaspard the Accused, Graazur Irongut, and Titus Blackplume. The Epic pool includes Skeuramis, Vogoth, Seeker, Deephook Nagis, and Umbral Enchantress.

That is a much better lineup than the average shard event. There is real PvE value here, real Arena value here, and a couple of excellent account-carry champions if you are still building depth.

Best Legendary targets from the event

&nbsp;

Vault Keeper Wixwell remains one of the safest and strongest overall targets in the pool. He is still one of the most important shield-based utility champions in the game, with provoke utility, defensive support, and the ability to enable massive shield-growth strategies. Even outside of specialized endgame damage setups, Wixwell is simply a useful champion to own. He can do real work in difficult PvE content and gives accounts more flexibility in survivability-focused teams.

&nbsp;

Freyja Fateweaver is another premium option because she does so much in one kit. AoE provoke on the A1, a strong team shield, Increase DEF, cleanse, Turn Meter fill, Block Debuffs, and a passive that helps keep a key ally alive all add up to a champion who is good almost everywhere. She may not be the absolute top of the endgame meta, but she is one of those champions who rarely feels like a bad pull because she offers broad value across progression, PvE support, and general account stability.

&nbsp;

Graazur Irongut is still an excellent defensive utility pick. He brings an AoE A1 with shield application, strong support tools, buff extension, healing, and overall control value. He naturally invites comparison to Krisk because of the defensive tank profile and the utility-heavy kit, even if the comparison is not perfectly fair. Graazur may not be quite that tier, but he is still a serious champion and one of the better support-oriented Legendaries on this list.

&nbsp;

Gaspard the Accused is the specialist’s choice and arguably the most dangerous high-end Arena pick in the event. He is not a general-use comfort champion for every account, but in Arena he can be brutal. His kit punishes revives, ignores key defensive mechanics, and can immediately answer enemy revival attempts with another hit that places the target right back in the ground. If your account is already deep and you care about Live Arena or serious competitive PvP, Gaspard is one of the most interesting targets in the whole lineup.

&nbsp;

Titus Blackplume is the high-ceiling PvE damage target. He is not a plug-and-play champion for most accounts, and that matters. Titus can produce absurd damage in the right teams, but he really needs support pieces and proper setup to unlock that value. Wixwell is the main partner most players think of first, and broader shield-based setups are what turn Titus from “good on paper” into “ridiculous in practice.” If you can build the team, he is one of the most destructive PvE damage dealers in the game. If you cannot, he is much less exciting.

&nbsp;

Knosson the Bronze Bull is the newest face in the pool and one of the more intriguing ones. His kit is built around Max HP scaling, provoke interaction, and punishing enemies whose Max HP falls below his own. He looks like a thoughtful design rather than a generic bruiser. The AoE provoke and the passive damage amplification against provoked enemies stand out immediately. The one real caution is that some of his value still needs testing in live play, and a single-target damage focus can feel less impressive in certain metas than it reads on paper. Still, as a fresh Argonite HP Legendary, he looks promising.

&nbsp;

The Incarnate is in a much better place after her recent buff. Her value rises a lot when paired with Arbiter because the companion synergy is now much more meaningful than it used to be. Shield removal, buff stripping, ally protection, healing, strengthen, resistance support, and Arbiter-focused protection all make her more usable than before. She is still not a top-end must-have, but she has gone from easy skip territory to a respectable synergy-based pickup if you want to build around that pairing.

&nbsp;

Aragaz Wyldking is solid, especially for Orcs Faction Wars and certain restrictive setups, but he is not one of the true headline pulls here. He has useful support value, sustain on the A1, and some control, which makes him a helpful champion rather than a flashy one. If your Orc roster is weak, he becomes more appealing. If your account is already established, he is probably not the reason you pull.

Best Epic targets from the event

&nbsp;

Seeker is still one of the best Epic Turn Meter boosters in <a href="https://www.raidshadowlegends.com" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Raid</a>. A 30% Turn Meter fill plus the extra turn is a very clean and still highly relevant tool for speed teams and certain speed-tuned setups. He has been around a long time for a reason.

&nbsp;

Vogoth remains one of the best all-around Epic support champions in the game. He brings healing, Leech, provoke utility, and a nasty A1 that gives him value far beyond simple sustain. He is one of those champions who keeps proving useful even after an account has grown well past early progression.

&nbsp;

Umbral Enchantress deserves mention because new gear options have improved her stock again. With the right set choices, especially in Hydra-oriented builds, she can once again function as a very relevant control champion thanks to her strong provoke capability and three-turn Block Buffs utility.

&nbsp;

Deephook Nagis looks better than many players are giving credit for. She brings ally protection support, strengthen, Increase ATK on a target ally, Turn Meter fill, AoE Weaken, stun utility, and provoke access. That is a useful amount of support packed into one Epic, especially for restrictive content, progression rosters, or faction-based team building.

&nbsp;

Skeuramis rounds out the Epic side as a respectable control-oriented option, though the standouts for most players are still Seeker, Vogoth, and Umbral Enchantress.

&nbsp;

How this event fits the Mavara fusion

&nbsp;

This is where the decision gets practical. Mavara the Web Diviner is not just another average fusion filler champion. She is a Hybrid Fusion Legendary running from April 8 through April 22, and players need to collect fragments for Stonebound Thisbe four times to complete her. That means every shard decision during this window matters more than usual.

&nbsp;

Mavara herself looks valuable because she offers a revive, team protection through Perfect Veil, self-placed Unkillable, and passive value in buff-heavy fights through Turn Meter gain and healing. In plain terms, she looks like a fusion worth respecting, especially for players who want better support tools for Arena and longer-form fights.

&nbsp;

That does not automatically mean everyone should empty their shard stash on this Progressive Chance event. Progressive Chance events are still what they have always been: targeted upside, not guaranteed value. If pulling here helps you secure Summon Rush points while also giving you a real shot at a champion like Wixwell, Freyja, Graazur, Gaspard, or Titus, then there is a strong argument for going in. If you are barely holding enough resources to finish Mavara, then discipline still matters more than temptation.

Final verdict on who to target

&nbsp;

For most accounts, the safest top-value targets are Vault Keeper Wixwell, Freyja Fateweaver, and Graazur Irongut. For competitive PvP players, Gaspard the Accused is one of the most dangerous and unique options in the pool. For players with the correct setup and the appetite for specialized PvE damage teams, Titus Blackplume offers the highest ceiling. Knosson the Bronze Bull is the wildcard: promising, interesting, and worth watching closely.

On the Epic side, Seeker and Vogoth still stand out immediately, while Umbral Enchantress and Deephook Nagis offer more targeted value depending on your roster needs.

Taken as a whole, this is a better-than-usual shard event attached to a better-than-usual fusion. That does not mean every account should chase it hard, but it does mean the pull targets are real this time and not just decoration around the fusion calendar.

April has brought another big batch of champions into <a href="https://www.raidshadowlegends.com" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Raid: Shadow Legends</a>, and this wave feels anything but filler. Between Sabrael the Distant looking like a top-end Arena terror, Mavara the Web Diviner entering as one of the stronger recent revive supports, and the new Argonite legendaries all landing with clear identities, this release leans heavily toward utility, disruption, and modern kit design.

&nbsp;

A lot of these kits also continue the trend that players have been noticing for a while now: newer champions are arriving with more layered passives, more skill compression, and far less wasted space in their kits. In plain English, yes, this batch absolutely feeds the power creep conversation. Some of these champions look merely strong, while others look like they were built to force their way into serious PvP, Hydra, or progression teams immediately.

Sabrael the Distant 

Sabrael is the clear headline champion of the patch. Her base form is built like a ruthless control specialist for high-end PvP, while her alternate form flips into an executioner that punishes defensive mechanics and cooldown-locked enemies.

&nbsp;

In her base form, the biggest standout is how much she does in one turn cycle. She brings a 33% Speed Aura in Arena, a disruptive A1 that can place Sleep and trigger automatically when enemies gain Turn Meter, a buff-strip-and-buff-spread AoE, and an AoE that increases enemy skill cooldowns to the maximum while also dropping Turn Meter and granting an extra turn. That already puts her in the conversation for top-tier Arena openers.

&nbsp;

Then the passive pushes things even further. Sabrael takes no damage when attacked outside an enemy’s active turn, which makes her especially nasty into counterattacks, ally attacks, and similar reactive pressure. On top of that, her team damage ramps based on how many enemy skills she has locked out, which means her control is not just defensive. It actively turns into offense.

&nbsp;

Her alternate form looks just as ugly for opponents. She gains a triple-hit A1 that ignores Block Damage and Unkillable and can fire automatically when those mechanics appear. Her AoE attack can swap HP with a target before hitting, which should give her real damage potential against high-HP enemies, and another AoE attack chips away at Stone Skin, shields, and Magma Shield while ignoring part of the target’s Defense.

&nbsp;

The verdict is simple: Sabrael looks like one of the strongest new Arena champions in the game. She has speed, control, buff manipulation, cooldown pressure, built-in anti-cheat-death tools, and a passive that makes her even more annoying to answer. This is the kind of champion that makes older PvP rosters feel dated in a hurry.

&nbsp;

Best early use: Classic Arena, Live Arena, wave-heavy control setups, Siege offense, and anywhere turn denial matters more than raw damage.

&nbsp;

Build direction: Speed, Accuracy, and survivability in base form, with enough offensive pressure to let the alternate form cash in. She looks like a champion who can justify premium Arena gear immediately.

&nbsp;

Costeau Two-Skin 

Costeau Two-Skin looks like a poison specialist with enough built-in activation and spread mechanics to matter well beyond beginner dungeon play. He is not just dropping poisons and calling it a day. His kit is stitched together to keep poison damage rolling efficiently.

&nbsp;

His A1 can extend enemy debuffs and, when that fails, activate poison debuffs on the target instead. His second skill lays down Poison Sensitivity plus poisons, then spreads those effects to the rest of the enemy team. His AoE brings Decrease ATK, boosts his own Turn Meter depending on how many targets are affected, and instantly activates poisons on all enemies.

&nbsp;

That is a very clean poison damage loop. Apply, spread, accelerate, activate. Add in immunity to Poison, Stun, and Decrease SPD, plus a passive that ramps both damage dealt and Ignore DEF based on enemy debuffs, and he starts looking far more dangerous than a standard poisoner.

&nbsp;

Costeau should be very interesting for Dragon, longer PvE fights, and specialized poison teams. He looks like the kind of champion that can slot into established poison archetypes without feeling redundant.

&nbsp;

Build direction: Accuracy first, then Speed and enough survivability to stay in rotation. Damage stats get better the more you trust the passive scaling and poison activations to do the heavy lifting.

&nbsp;

Mavara the Web Diviner 

Mavara is the fusion champion, and she looks strong enough that she should be taken seriously by a wide range of accounts. Her kit is not flashy in the same way Sabrael’s is, but it is packed with exactly the kind of support utility that keeps showing up in difficult content and long fights.

&nbsp;

She has excellent base speed for a support, a strong Arena speed aura, HP equalization to stabilize the team, and one of the more appealing revive skills added recently. That revive brings Perfect Veil and Unkillable, and it stays useful even when no ally is revived because the buffs still go out. That matters.

&nbsp;

Her passive is another reason she stands out. Every time the enemy team piles up enough buffs, Mavara can increase ally Turn Meter. Every time her own side piles up enough buffs, she heals the team. So she is not just a reviver. She is feeding momentum and sustain throughout the fight.

&nbsp;

That combination should make Mavara especially valuable in Arena, Siege, longer PvE fights, and controlled progression content. She looks like the kind of support champion who rewards good timing rather than brute force, and those champions usually age well.

&nbsp;

Build direction: Speed, HP, DEF, and Resistance depending on role. Accuracy is less urgent unless you want every bit of tempo value possible, so she can be built as a very durable support.

&nbsp;

Bayard the Broad 

Bayard the Broad looks like one of the more creative control-support legendaries in the batch. He combines buff stealing, debuff transfer, debuff spread, AoE Provoke, Pain Link, counterattack utility, and team healing tied to damage taken.

&nbsp;

The most interesting part of his design is how the skills feed into each other. His single-target skill can steal buffs, move debuffs off himself, and then spread those debuffs to the rest of the enemy team. His AoE then Provokes enemies and applies Pain Link, reflecting damage back while setting up counterattacks on himself and the ally with the highest Crit Damage.

&nbsp;

That already gives him annoying value in wave control, but the passive healing makes the package more complete. He also self-applies Increase DEF at the end of each turn, which is exactly what you want on a champion trying to stand in the middle of incoming pressure and turn it back on the enemy.

&nbsp;

Bayard looks like a disruptive progression and wave-content champion more than a pure endgame speed clear piece. He is not the cleanest kit in the release, but he might end up being one of the more annoying ones to fight and one of the more fun ones to build around.

&nbsp;

Build direction: DEF, HP, Speed, and Accuracy. He wants to stay alive, land his control, and keep feeding value through Pain Link, counterattacks, and sustain.

&nbsp;

Phemo the Shepherd 

Phemo the Shepherd looks like a proper defensive control champion. He has the kind of kit that can feel irritating in both wave content and PvP if his numbers are strong enough, because he does not just protect the team. He punishes enemies for trying to play normally.

&nbsp;

His A2 places Increase DEF and a shield on all allies, and those buffs become protected if there are dead allies. The real value comes from the passive interaction: when an ally is killed, Phemo can instantly fire that protection skill without putting it on cooldown. That gives teams a built-in recovery layer even after taking a loss.

&nbsp;

His main control move then brings a long single-target stun, a full Turn Meter drop, and conditional follow-up AoE stun plus more Turn Meter suppression. The passive scaling on successful stuns gives him growing DEF and HP, while allies under his shield become immune to stun debuffs.

&nbsp;

That is a strong package for wave control, sustained progression fights, and defensive utility teams. He may not be the flashiest champion in the patch, but there is plenty here that looks genuinely useful.

&nbsp;

Build direction: DEF, Accuracy, Speed, and HP. He looks like a champion who wants to cycle back into his control tools quickly while staying hard to remove.

&nbsp;

Nosin the Bronzebull 

Nosin the Bronzebull is probably the most wait-and-see champion in the release, but the framework is interesting. He is built around Provoke, Destroy Max HP, repeated Turn Meter gains, and punishing enemies who are forced to attack while controlled.

&nbsp;

His A1 destroys enemy max HP and boosts his own Turn Meter, with both effects getting stronger against Provoked targets. That is a simple but effective loop. His other single-target attack ignores Defense and Stone Skin under the right HP conditions, and can either chain into his Provoke skill on kill or heal allies if the target survives. That gives him a mix of pressure and utility rather than locking him into one role.

She brings an Accuracy aura, Decrease ATK and Turn Meter theft on her A1, AoE Hex plus Block Buffs on a three-turn cooldown, and a support skill that shortens ally debuffs, heals, and fills Turn Meter.

&nbsp;

That alone would already make her worth noticing, but the passive adds a damage amplification effect against enemies under debuffs she places. It is not flashy, but it is useful. This is the kind of champion that can quietly improve a team without demanding a mythical gear set to work.

&nbsp;

She looks especially attractive for Hydra, general support roles, and Argonite faction progression. AoE Hex and Block Buffs on one skill is already a good place to start. Add healing, some debuff management, and Turn Meter fill, and she becomes a very respectable epic right away.

Build direction: Accuracy, Speed, and HP. She wants to land her utility consistently and keep cycling back into her support skill.

The bigger takeaway from this April release 

The real story is not just that these champions look good. It is that very few of them look wasted. Sabrael feels like elite Arena pressure. Mavara feels like a genuinely strong fusion support. That alone would already make her a premium summon target, but the bigger point is reliability. Damage dealers come and go depending on the meta. High-end support champions with revive, protection, cleansing, and long-term PvE value do not. If your account is missing that kind of stabilizer, Pallas is the safest and strongest pull on the board this week.

<h2>Best Arena Pickup: Lord Entertainer Fabian</h2> 

If your focus is Arena, then Lord Entertainer Fabian has a real case for the number one spot. Some rosters need him desperately. Others already have their reset options or simply are not at the stage where his value is fully unlocked.

Osgrun the Defiler is another strong option. He brings ally attack utility, cooldown pressure on enemies, buff removal, turn meter support, and good Arena relevance. He is a very real target if you want a champion who can slot into both PvP and PvE teams, but he is not quite as universally account-changing as the very top names.

Kebaron the Underflame also deserves respect. That last feature is easily one of the most noticeable additions in the entire patch, because it removes some of the repetitive babysitting from champion leveling. The catch is obvious though: once a champion reaches max level, you still have to swap them out manually.

Diamond Raid Card The Diamond Raid Card includes everything from Platinum, but adds 140 extra Multi-Battles, 1 Legendary Skill Tome per month, and 1 monthly chest with random rewards. Those chest rewards can range from Rank 5 Chickens and Chaos Ore to Legendary Tomes, a Mythical Skill Tome, Void Shards, or Primal Shards. On paper, that sounds decent. In practice, the random chest is still a gamble, and that is likely why this part of the patch immediately got mixed reactions from the community.

&nbsp;

For early-game and some mid-game accounts, these cards can still offer real value, especially if Campaign farming is part of the daily routine. For late-game accounts, the value becomes much more situational. If you are already relying mostly on brews, not pushing Campaign often, and not desperate for more Multi-Battles, then the new subscription tiers look more like optional convenience than must-have progression tools.

<h2>Best Quality-of-Life Changes in the Patch</h2> 

Improved Minotaur Scroll Distribution One of the most useful updates in 11.40 is the change to Mastery Scroll distribution. Before this patch, any extra scrolls earned by a champion who had already maxed that scroll tier were simply wasted. Now, those surplus scrolls can transfer to another champion from the same run, as long as that champion participated in the battle and still needs that specific type of scroll. The biggest balance story in this patch is clearly Cruetraxa. Her Skill 1 now also ignores [Block Damage], her Skill 2 cooldown has been reduced from 4 turns to 3, and that same skill now strips all buffs before attacking, places [Weaken], ignores 25% DEF, and applies [Block Revive] if it gets the kill. On top of that, her passive now grants a protected [Revive On Death] and gives her a full Turn Meter refill plus [Increase ATK] when she revives through it.

That is a serious upgrade, especially for Arena. The combination of stronger buff control, more reliable kill pressure, and better self-revival makes her look far more dangerous than before. She was already a champion with upside, but these changes push her much closer to true meta relevance. If you already had Cruetraxa sitting in the vault or half-built, this patch is a good reason to take another look.

&nbsp;

The other rebalance target, The Incarnate, also improved. The update strengthens the champion’s provoke chance, expands the counterattack conditions, upgrades buff removal, improves shielding, and adds stronger Arbiter synergy. That should make the champion more usable, but the impact still looks far smaller than what Cruetraxa gained from this rebalance cycle.

<h2>Most Important Bug Fixes in the Patch</h2> 

The 11.40 patch also came with a long list of fixes, and a few of them matter more than the rest.

Pelops the Victor One of Pelops’ selling points is his interaction with [Petrification], so it was a real problem that he could still be hit by reflected Petrification despite supposed immunity. That has now been fixed, which is important because it restores one of the champion’s defining mechanics instead of leaving him undermined by a bug.

Sanguine Maria Her passive was failing to place [True Fear] on all opponents after she revived. That is not a cosmetic bug. That is a core kit problem, and fixing it should make her much more consistent in the situations where players bring her for that disruptive revive pressure.
