The Speed requirement is designed to guarantee that your Champions can get a turn before the Hydra and will have a higher base Speed. Keep in mind that you may possibly get to these thresholds of Speed by using a leader Aura, Turn Meter Boosts, or Increase Speed Buffs.

The Accuracy requirement is only relevant for those Champions who will be needing to place Debuffs. Can also be increased by a leader Aura, or Increase Accuracy Buff.

The Resistance requirement can be handy for any and all Champions, but can be very tough to hit the threshold on Champions who also need Accuracy. The way that the debuff system works in the game is designed to favor Accuracy, so you need way more Resistance compared to Accuracy generally. Just like the other, Resistance can be increased by a leader Aura, Increase Resistance Buff, or be rendered mostly unnecessary if able to keep all of your team under a Block Debuffs Buff permanently.

The Hydra is extremely difficult, so do not feel bad if you are struggling there because even very end-game players struggle versus the Hydra very often.
