Between Edward Kenway’s Pirates Path, a handful of strong featured Void Legendaries, and a very unusual empowerment overlap, this is one of those events where account context matters far more than first impressions.

In a normal week, this would be easy to dismiss as another bait-style summon event. The extra dungeon boosts are decent without being exceptional, and the featured lineup looks strange at first glance. Once the full picture comes into focus, though, this event becomes much more interesting for players chasing Edward Kenway, players targeting Bayek, or players who have been sitting on valuable awakenings and duplicate champions.
